There’s no better place in Tucson to hold your birthday party than at Wild Katz! Our goal is to make the best day possible for your special ones on this once-a-year celebration. Each party package comes with the following:

  • 90 minutes of play time + 30 minutes to celebrate in the party room.

  • Access to a private party room for all two hours of your party.

  • Party tables, plates, napkins, and utensils.

  • Party Host for help on setup, cleanup, and anything else you need!

Each Ultimate Package includes everything in a standard party package PLUS:

  • 30 additional minutes of play time.

  • Special party shirt for the birthday child.

  • One free play pass for a future visit for all children attending the party.

  • Gelly Ball can be added to the package for an additional fee.

PARTY FAQs

  • We do all that we can to accommodate additional guests for parties. Our party spaces are capacity constrained and cannot accommodate groups over a certain size. More advance notice is always best so that we can move your party to a room and package that is best for your group. Each additional child and spectator will come with additional charges.

  • We love celebrating birthdays at Wild Katz! Guests who want to celebrate without reserving a room are welcome. Birthday celebrations involving cake, presents, decorations, or other outside supplies are not allowed without a party room reservation.

  • Wild Katz has four party rooms for parties from 10-31 people plus an event area we call The Grassland for groups of 30-46 people. For events with more than 46 guests, please contact our Event Manager for Entire Playground Rentals or other options for large groups.

  • Safety is one of our highest priorities. For that reason, we require that every person, adult or child, who enters Wild Katz complete a waiver. After completing a waiver, you will receive a wristband that identifies you and your group, helping us ensure that all children are accounted for and everyone leaves with whom they arrived.

  • All parties require a deposit of $100 for Packages 1, 2, and 3 and $150 for the Grasslands package. These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, but we are happy to accommodate any date change for your event (pending availability for your preferred date). Full payment is collected upon check-in for your party.

  • We provide all parties with plates, utensils, caps, and napkins for each guest on the reservation. Any other decorations, food, or supplies are your responsibility. We do not allow alcohol or gum on the premises.

  • We do not allow stickers or decals to be placed anywhere in the party area. Pinatas, glitter, or silly string are not allowed in the building. Balloons are allowed but must be weighted if filled with helium.

  • Party host parents should plan on arriving 15-20 minutes before your reservation window to allow for check-in procedures i.e., waiver checks, and party room set up. However, please do not arrive more than 20 minutes prior to your reservation time as the party room and Event Coordinator may not be available. Party guests may start arriving 10 minutes prior to the reservation.

  • Not only can you, but we welcome it! Our party hosts are happy to help you bring food inside. Any cakes or ice cream that need to be kept cold can be stored in our freezers. We do not have ice available for your drinks, so please remember to bring ice for any drinks you bring. Please remember that alcohol is not permitted inside Wild Katz.

  • An Event Coordinator will be available to help you set up/clean up and help assist you throughout your event. We would like you to have a great party experience at Wild Katz so please let your Event Coordinator know if there is anything you need!

  • A $25 cleaning deposit is collected upon arrival. Our staff will help you gather your belongings as your party ends. So long as additional staff is not required to clean your party room and you are out of your party room by the end of the scheduled time, this cleaning deposit will be refunded. Any food fights will result in an additional $50 fee being added to your booking and may result in the suspension of privileges at Wild Katz.
