  • Membership cancellations are quick and easy and are submitted on the form found here. Requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next recurring charge to ensure they can be cancelled before the charge goes through.

  • Our memberships are month-to-month unless you opt for the Flex, which has a three month minimum. There is no cancellation fee. We only require 3 business days notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for your next month. Click the link in the website footer to cancel your membership.

  • We are happy to upgrade a single-day ticket purchase to a membership on the day of use! We simply apply what you’ve already paid to your membership, and any extra amount is credited to future month’s charges. Upgrading is only allowed during your visit. Guests cannot return later to upgrade their membership.
